Impax gather and process your personal data in accordance with this privacy notice and in compliance with relevant data protection requirements. We may disclose your personal data to other entities within the Impax Asset Management Group. In addition, we may disclose your personal data to third-parties to provide the below services or business functions:

Because of the international nature of our business, we may need to transfer your personal data within the Impax Asset Management Group, and to third parties as noted above, in connection with the purposes set out in this notice.
